When mid-life hit me, it felt like I was wearing an invisibility cloak inside a closet (like that even makes sense, but that’s what it felt like!).  The worst part about being invisible and in a closet was I started to become okay with being invisible and living in that very small, proscribed space.  I might have been okay with it, but I certainly wasn’t living a fully happy and healthy life.

I realized that I wanted and needed more out of the next 20, 30, 40, even 50 years of my life than just being invisible and okay.  And I realized many other women were going through similar experiences.  For myself and for them, I wanted to find a way to “live BIG and sparkle” and so was born this journey.  I want all of us to have the opportunity to ask the question “What’s next?” instead of, “Is this all there is?”
